The CLIMADOOR Anthracite Grey Steel Fire Exit External Door Set is a tough, low-maintenance external steel fire exit door set built for dependable security and everyday use. Made from steel in anthracite grey with a factory finish, it delivers a professional look with weather-resistant performance suited to commercial, industrial and utility settings.
The leaf and frame are engineered using welded galvanised steel with honeycomb infill. This build provides excellent rigidity, resists dents and distortion, and keeps operation smooth under heavy use.
Factory finished for a clean, quick installation and low ongoing maintenance. It arrives finished internally in anthracite grey and configured to open outward. Hardware is supplied ready to fit, including no external handle as standard, single Point Locking with 4 Dog Bolts. For rigidity and longevity, the frame uses 90mm frame depth with 1.4mm powder coated galvanised steel and the door leaf pairs 45mm leaf with 0.8mm powder coated galvanised steel - double skin. Three stainless-steel hinges are included. Performance credentials include a 2.88W/m²K U-value and 30dB sound reduction. A DDA-compliant threshold is supplied for accessible entry. For all-weather reliability it is independently weather tested and fitted with perimeter weather seals. This model is not Part L compliant; please check project requirements before ordering. This set is not supplied as a fire door; fire-rated specifications are available on request. CE marked for conformity and traceability. A fixing kit is included to simplify installation. Supplied without a vision panel; factory-glazed options can be quoted. Bespoke colours and sizes are available on request. Side and top light screens for larger openings can also be supplied.
