"The door itself is as described and suitable for purpose. However the average score given reflects the poor service given by Express Doors. On ordering it was stated that it would arrive in 7-10 days. In reality the door took 8 and a half weeks. I was assured by email and then by phone that it had been dispatched but eventually Customer Service said there had been an 'administrative error'. Would not order from Express Doors again"
