"Required me to chase repeatedly for the update of this single door order. Money was taken instantaneously however I didn't receive any update till I chased several weeks later, from ordering to receiving the door it was around 5-6 weeks. The justification was that some changes had taken place to their ordering process, and I was one of a handful of orders that seemed to have slipped off the system. The door, when it eventually arrived, was good and as expected."

"Very pleased with our new door but would point out that it had slight damage on one corner which may have happened in transit. Return policy is very strict (48 hours notification) which in my opinion is unfair especially as the door is heavy and was only noticed at time of fitting by carpenter."

Fire Doors (FD30 fire rated doors) are doors which are suitable for use in homes or light commercial use. All Express Doors fire doors are 44mm thick and can prevent the passage of fire and smoke for a minimum of 30 minutes.
